1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please allow this processing time before shipment begins.

If an item is out of stock, on backorder, or delayed for any reason, we will notify you by email and provide an updated shipping estimate or the option to cancel.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use a variety of reputable carriers (e.g. Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, or equivalent) depending on destination, cost, and service availability.

You will receive tracking information once your order ships, where available.

We may ship via multiple carriers in order to ensure timely delivery and coverage, especially for remote locations.
3. Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic (within Canada): approximately 8 to 14 business days from the date of shipment (after processing)

International (if offered): times may vary depending on customs, local carrier delivery, and other factors

These are estimates — actual delivery times may be shorter or longer depending on carrier performance, customs delays, weather, or other issues outside our control.
4. Shipping Charges & Duties

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery address.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or brokerage charges that may apply.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local delivery handling.
5. Risk & Title

Once the package is delivered to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.

Title to the goods passes to the customer once the goods have left our warehouse.
6. Delays, Lost Packages & Issues

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery windows, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to factors beyond our control (carrier issues, customs, weather, etc.).

If your package is delayed, please contact us and we’ll assist by investigating with the carrier.

We disclaim liability for carrier delays, lost-in-transit packages, or damage that occurs after shipment, except as outlined below.
7. Damaged-In-Transit Replacement (Exception)

If your order arrives damaged in shipping, you must report the damage within 30 days of delivery.

To make a damage claim, please do the following:

Retain all packaging and the damaged item(s).

Take clear photos or video showing the damage, packaging, labels, and any relevant details.

Contact us with your order number and the evidence.

After reviewing your claim, we will replace the damaged item(s) at no additional cost to you.

Note: this replacement is limited to damage caused during transit and does not cover damage from misuse, wear, or modifications.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

We use reasonable efforts to select reliable carriers, but we are not liable for delays, damage, or loss incurred during shipping, beyond what is stated in Section 7.

You agree that our responsibility is limited to replacing damaged goods (as above) and we are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages arising from shipping issues.

We reserve the right to modify shipping carriers, routes, schedules, or delivery terms without prior notice.
